Junmai

This sake allows you to fully enjoy the richness and full flavor of rice. The subtle taste of glutinous, freshly cooked rice makes it ideal for pairing with Japanese cuisine and other dishes.

Junmai Ginjo

This sake has a refreshing aroma and taste. Cool it well for a crisp taste. Enjoy it at room temperature for a gentler taste. This Junmai Ginjo can be enjoyed at any occasion.

Junmai Daiginjo

From the moment it enters your mouth, its rich rice flavor and gentle taste dances across your tastebuds. Yamada Nishiki rice is polished to 35% and brewed slowly at a low temperature. The luxurious quality of this sake and its elegant exterior are the perfect combination.

Brewery

The sake will be brewed by a master brewer at a traditional Japanese brewery founded in 1868. The brewery is located at the foot of the Tanzawa Mountains in Kanagawa prefecture. Here, various types of sake are brewed by receiving the blessing of nature. Many of these have won prestigious prizes.
