Iwai is a private-label sake producer. We will export sake, specifically tailored to your needs, from Japan to you. Various kinds of sake are available for your choosing. All the sake will be brewed at a Japanese traditional sake brewery founded in 1868 which has won many sake awards.

Our mission is to introduce the world to quality sake and the Japanese culture of sending sake as a gift. 

“Iwai” means celebration in Japanese. Sake plays an important role in Japanese celebrations. People bring a bottle of sake, or “iwai-sake”, to celebrate personal milestones and special events.

Drinking sake or giving sake as a gift during celebrations is considered an auspicious act in Japanese culture. Celebratory sake is essential to life's milestones, such as marriage, engagement, new births, longevity, building a new house, opening a new restaurant, promotions, and so forth.
